    NAME: Darryl McCool

    CYCLE: #2

    STATUS: EXEMPLARY

    PERFORMANCE REVIEW (UNREDACTED):

Darryl led the team through some of the most complex cart work in Kajabi's history. Managing multiple checkout flows, with all the edge cases that come with handling real money, is hard enough on its own. Doing it on schedule made it harder still.

What stood out was how Darryl carried both sides of the leadership role: keeping the technical direction sharp while also making sure the team stayed on track and didn't get buried in the complexity. He kept his head pointed the right direction when it would have been easy to lose the thread, and he brought the rest of the team with him.

That combination of technical and team leadership, under real pressure, is what earned the recognition. Congratulations, Darryl.

    CYCLE: #2

    STATUS: EXEMPLARY

    PERFORMANCE REVIEW (UNREDACTED):

Mike led the OpEx team through a particularly challenging cycle filled with incidents, escalations, and plenty of opportunities for things to go sideways. Throughout it all, he provided steady leadership, helped keep the team focused, and ensured we continued moving forward when it mattered most.

On top of that, Mike took the idea of an automated triage assistant and turned it into something far more robust and impactful than I could have imagined. What started as a concept became a real tool that's already helping us operate more effectively.

For his leadership during a demanding OpEx cycle and for turning a promising idea into reality, Mike is more than deserving of this recognition. Congratulations, Mike.
