    NAME: Eduardo Menezes

    CYCLE: #3

    STATUS: EXEMPLARY

    PERFORMANCE REVIEW (UNREDACTED):

Eduardo rebuilt the entire marketing metrics pipeline mid-cycle, despite it not even being part of the original cycle plan. The work didn't exist until the second week, came directly from a Kenny ask, and Eduardo took it on with Kenny in the room.

What stood out was the way he worked through it. He was responsive at every step, present and solving problems the right way, and not afraid to push back constructively when he thought there was a better path. He treated the ask like a collaboration rather than a directive, and delivered a critical platform-level rebuild in a window where most people would have asked for a separate cycle.

This award is the natural recognition for someone who showed up, did the work, and raised the bar on how the platform team partners with Kenny. Congratulations, Eduardo.

    CYCLE: #3

    STATUS: EXEMPLARY

    PERFORMANCE REVIEW (UNREDACTED):

This last cycle, Pat was seemingly everywhere. He consistently ranked in the top three for both PR throughput and reviews, jumped into bug tickets wherever help was needed, and was a constant presence across Slack helping unblock and support others.

He's also been leading the charge on AI enablement for CX, helping level up teams and expand how they're using AI effectively. On top of that, he took on several projects himself and carried much of the promo work that came in hot and needed to be done yesterday.

For the guy who seemed to be everywhere all at once this cycle, there's no better recipient. Congratulations, Pat!

    NAME: Vivek Bhupatiraju

    CYCLE: #3

    STATUS: EXEMPLARY

    PERFORMANCE REVIEW (UNREDACTED):

Vivek did a fantastic job taking a highly ambiguous project in Amplify and bringing it to life. From the very beginning, he leaned into the uncertainty, helped create clarity, and kept the work moving forward with focus and consistency. The effort he put in day after day to ensure the project stayed on track did not go unnoticed. Both leadership and his peers saw the care, ownership, and determination he brought to the process.

What stood out most was not just Vivek's ability to execute, but the way he approached the challenge. He brought a steady, positive attitude, a can-do spirit, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. In a project with a lot of moving pieces, that kind of energy makes a huge difference.

Vivek's contributions helped turn an unclear idea into something real, and we are incredibly lucky to have him on the team.

    NAME: Isabelle Macciola

    CYCLE: #3

    STATUS: EXEMPLARY

    PERFORMANCE REVIEW (UNREDACTED):

It can be difficult to step back into an organization and a new process after being away for months, but Isabelle did exactly that and hit the ground running.

She brought a high level of operational excellence to every project she touched, along with a clear sense of ownership that gave her peers and stakeholders confidence from day one.

When Isabelle is on a project, you know it is going to get done, done at a high level of quality, and done on time.

We are so lucky to have her as part of the team.
